南麂岛游泳胜地大沙岙，下午三点半至五点是最好的游泳时间。

沙滩上如照片所示的小礁石众多，上面还有很多的贝壳和藻类。南麂岛可是有名的“贝藻王国”，出产的贝类藻类品种数量众多……

从温州平阳鳌江镇的港口乘渡轮前往南麂岛，乘坐交通船，要在海上颠簸两个多小时才能到南麂岛上的客运中心轮渡码头。
